First solar panel plant opens
Long An –The county’s first solar cell panel manufacturing factory opened yesterday in southern Long An Province. The 2,000sq.m factory in Duc Hoa Ha Industrial Park cost the Mat Troi Do (Red Sun) JSC and HCM City Energy Conservation Centre US$10 million and can make solar cell panels with a capacity ranging from 25Wp to 175Wp (watt-peak). Its annual capacity is 5 Megawatt-peak.
