Paul is the Director of Geocycle Vietnam, a wholly owned business unit of Holcim Vietnam which is responsible to market and manage its waste co-processing business.
Paul has worked in Vietnam since 1996 and since 2003 has been responsible for the establishment and development of the Geocycle waste co-processing enterprise, which provides a world class waste management solution to industry in Vietnam.
The waste co-processing activity is a key component of Holcim's sustainable development agenda, by seeking out opportunities to substitute its use of non-renewable fossil fuels and raw materials with waste materials from industry. After spearheading the development of the Geocycle enterprise in Vietnam for the past 6 years, Paul has a good insight into the convergence of regulatory issues, community relations, market development and the business imperatives which comes with being part of a large multinational organization in a developing country environment.
