Speaker Nicolas Renard
Nicolas Renard, from Veolia Water Municipal Business Development Division, is a specialist in water and wastewater services outsourcing. His expertise is deeply rooted in 17 years experience in the water sector.
He is member of the Statistics and Economics Specialist Group of the International Water Association and Head of its Task-Force on Tariffs and Finance.
He is also member of the Board of Directors of BPD (Building Partnerships for Development in Water and Sanitation).
He is deeply involved in two major projects of the Pacific and Economic Cooperation Council:
- The elaboration of PECC Guidelines for Effective Public Private Partnerships (published in 2007);
The elaboration of PECC Guidelines on Water Management in Islands, Coastal Areas and Isolated Communities (published in 2009, during Istanbul World Water Forum).
