Lukas Heer, Swiss, holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. Mr. Heer has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of power production and distribution, renewable energy, climate change and air quality management in various positions both in the private and public sector, incl. development co-operation.

Mr. Heer is based in Singapore and heads the Origination Team Southeast Asia of First Climate Group, one of Europe’s leading carbon asset management companies.
